Arbitration Process

Pre-Arbitration Procedures

Before the arbitration process begins, the IAAC will provide parties with information about the arbitration process, including the rules and procedures that will govern the arbitration.

The IAAC will assist parties in selecting an arbitrator who is an expert in the agriculture industry and who is impartial and independent.
